These Terms of Use govern the use of the Diyetix mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description
Diyetix is a diet and health tracking application that provides the following services:
- Daily calorie and nutrition tracking
- Water intake tracking
- Step counter and activity tracking
- AI-powered diet coaching
- Personalized diet plans
- Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator
- Intermittent fasting tracker
- Recipe suggestions
3. Account Registration and Security
You must create an account to use the App. You can register using Google, Apple, or your phone number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access to your account.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the App with parental or legal guardian consent.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
The App offers both free and premium (Pro) features.
- Free Plan: Basic features are available at no cost.
- Pro Subscription: Advanced features are available through monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation of a subscription does not affect access until the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription from your device's Settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchase.
5. Usage Rules
When using the App, you must comply with the following rules:
- You may only use the App for lawful purposes.
- You must not engage in any activity that compromises the security of the App.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' information.
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- You must not copy or distribute the App for commercial purposes.
6. Health Disclaimer
Important: Diyetix is not a medical application and does not replace professional medical advice.
- The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only.
- Consult your doctor before starting any diet program.
- AI-powered recommendations are general in nature and do not constitute personal medical advice.
- Always consult a healthcare professional for your health concerns.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, graphics, software, and other materials in the App are the property of AppLabCo and are protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App content without permission.
- The Diyetix name and logo are registered trademarks.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error.
- We are not liable for any indirect or direct damages arising from the use of the App.
- We are not responsible for issues related to third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, etc.).
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be notified within the App. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
