The application is subject to Google's security standards and best practices
Food photos are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis

6 Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Anonymous statistical data (for application improvement purposes) may continue to be retained
Some data may be retained for the legal period due to legal obligations

Account Deletion: You can completely delete your account through the application or via email

                Account and Data Deletion: You can log out of your account by clicking "Log Out" on the profile page, or you can send an email to info@applabco.com to have all your data deleted. Your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest.
            

8 Device Permissions

The application may request the following device permissions:

Diyetix is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13 years of age. If you become aware that personal data from an individual under 13 has been collected, please contact us; we will delete the relevant data immediately.

⚠️ Important: Diet and nutrition recommendations provided by Diyetix are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute medical advice. If you have a chronic condition, pregnancy, or special health history, be sure to consult a doctor or certified dietitian before applying the recommendations in the application.

11 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Diyetix mobile application does not use cookies. User tracking or data collection for advertising purposes is not performed.
